The hotel is conveniently located just off the Perkiomen Trail. It is only 5 minutes away from historical sites related to American Independence and the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. The location is also convenient for exploring the Valley Forge area.

The property is immaculately clean. Checking in was easy and the room was recently refurbished and well-appointed with soaps, good WiFi, and a comfortable king bed. The breakfast offered a nice hot selection. The hotel's particularly good location in the Valley Forge area makes it my favorite property in Phoenixville.

The room I stayed in was newly renovated, extremely clean, and had a comfortable king-sized bed, with complimentary soaps provided; the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering plenty of information.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to the Perkiomen Trail and the Philly Expo Center. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from historic sites related to American Independence. I enjoyed dinner and drinks at the Garden Grille & Bar nearby. Everything about my stay was simply wonderful.

The hot breakfast is good with plenty of options available. The location is not far from the expo where the United Methodist conference was held and a pretty generic business park. It's only a 5-minute drive from where Washington's army had a hard winter and went on to win American independence in Phoenixville.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The newly renovated rooms were a breath of fresh air and the design was both attractive and functional. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room and bathroom being exceptionally clean and tidy. I also appreciated the ample lighting at the bedside and the sufficient storage space in the room. The staff was efficient, friendly, and professional, always greeting me with a "Good morning" during breakfast. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Greater Philly Expo Center, the movie theater, and the Valley Forge area. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and the breakfast provided.

The front desk gave me to sign it when I arrived and stating $96.23 and when I returned home I checked my Bank account a additional $4.81 was asserted to the Bill...?????? This has never happened before over 5 stays so far...

The staff was excellent, and the room was updated and exceptionally comfortable. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance to everything I wanted. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from Mill Grove, which was convenient.

Comfortable beds, full-sized refrigerator, cooking appliances. Wonderful check-in experience, cheerful and competent staff, comfortable and clean room, provided good towels, soaps, and shampoo.
